A novel polyester fiber is created using leftover coffee grounds in a low-temperature, high-pressure, and energy-saving process.
It absorbs odor, which is in turn released through exposure to sunlight or cleaning with water to achieve sustainability, it quickly absorbs and disperses sweat, it effectively reflects and refracts UV rays, hence it offers protection against UVA and UVB.
